1.The winner of the competition will be the last vehicle still being driven.
2.Entry fee $75.00 (including GST), (includes 1 Adult entry ticket).
3.Bond fee $50.00 which will be refunded AFTER removal of vehicle from Showground (within 48 hours). Refund will be refused in cases of inappropriate behaviour by driver or people associated with driver.
4.No entries are considered final until all monies are paid and completed entry forms/indemnity forms are returned (email/post – with confirmation of payment).
5.All drivers enter at their own risk and must read, sign, understand and agree to the attached Indemnity and Waiver forms, which are to be signed before the commencement of the race and witnessed by a member of the Show Committee.
6,Acceptance to enter the event is subject to the approval of the Committee of the Robertson Agricultural & Horticultural Society Inc.
7.No Substitute drivers allowed
8.All cars must be trucked to and from the Showground. All vehicles must be removed from the Showground following the completion of the event or a fine will be imposed on the driver.
9.Cars will be scrutinised on show day. Failure to strictly comply with the above rules and conditions will result in you not being allowed to compete.
10.All drivers must be 17 years or over & hold a current drivers license which must be shown to scrutineers
11.Drivers to present themselves to the show office by 1pm Saturday, to sign waivers, finalise
any details, ask questions, get any updates on time of the event.
12,Drivers must attend the drivers meeting to be held at least 30 minutes before the event and may be breath tested if deemed necessary. Drivers suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance will not be permitted to enter the event.
13, Failure to attend the drivers meeting will mean disqualification.
14. NO passengers permitted to travel in a competing vehicle.
15, No team colours or names allowed.
16. No red cars.
17.A fire unit will be located at the gates to the arena. In the event of a fire or unsafe condition, you will be signalled and are to stop immediately. Failure to stop will mean immediate disqualification. Once safe the race will resume.
18.All drivers are responsible for reading and understanding the rules. "I didn't know" is not an excuse. If unsure of anything, ring the show office and ask prior to show day.
19.The judges reserve the right to disqualify any driver at any time.
20.The commencement of the Demo Derby is subject to completion of all other ring events, which could be approx. 6.30 pm. In the case of rain the event may be brought forward.
21.THE JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL. NO CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO.
